O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may involve shift management in absence of managers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• ASE Certification is desirable for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Answer telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders timely and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using electronic ledger.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds accurately, and stage returned merchandise.
