Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of store leadership.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and contribute to a dynamic, customer-focused team. Responsibilities include supervising showroom service levels, processing orders, managing returns and exchanges, and ensuring all merchandise is invoiced before leaving

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired (Spanish).
Ability to obtain RSS Certification within role

Responsibilities

Lead store team to deliver strong customer service for retail and professional customers.
Supervise showroom customer service programs and telephone standards.
Coordinate buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner.
Process returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Ensure invoicing of all merchandise before leaving the store and proper security procedures.
Oversee opening/closing duties and bank deposits; ensure store security and scheduling compliance.
Support management and assume shift leadership when managers are away.
All other duties as assigned by store leadership.
