Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of store leadership and encourages bilingual candidates to apply.

The position requires leading the team to deliver exceptional service, manage store processes, and ensure accurate invoicing and customer communications.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly and notify customers of shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds, and stage returned merchandise properly.
