Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise phone and in-store customer service programs and operations.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store and transfers.
• Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and payments accurately.
• Perform opening/closing duties and security checks.
• Manage shift coverage in the absence of store leadership.
