Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will model our values, resolve guest issues, and supervise teammates to maintain quality and cleanliness.

Qualified candidates typically have 1 year of full-service restaurant experience, strong leadership, and a passion for hospitality. The role offers growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a lively team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and ability to supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management.
• Act as ambassador of Red Robin brand equity standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Lead and support team members, ensuring product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
