Job summary

MOD Pizza in Montana is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and uphold MOD standards. You will guide the squad, provide feedback, and model MOD’s purpose in all interactions to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You will adapt to restaurant needs, sometimes leading and sometimes performing tasks, while maintaining a welcoming, clean, and efficient environment that aligns with MOD values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven success in mentoring, training or informal leadership.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Willingness to obtain food safety certification within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires.
• Provide guidance and feedback; ensure squad meets MOD standards.
• Ensure deployment of the right squad member and adjust throughout the day.
• Manage cash within the shift and handle refunds as needed.
• Take inventory and place orders with GM support.
• Adhere to opening, midday, and closing checklists and use tools to execute tasks.
