Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations on scheduled shifts and mentor the team. You will model MOD’s values, train new hires, and ensure the squad delivers outstanding guest experiences while maintaining standards and smooth operations.

You’ll adapt to the restaurant’s needs, balance leadership with hands-on tasks, and help the squad perform at their best while upholding MOD’s culture and community focus.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Experience mentoring, training, or leading others.
• Ability to prioritize, decide, and stay calm under high volume.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to follow and enforce standards and coach with empathy.
• Food safety certification within 30 days of start date where required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Can work a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to ensure welcoming, smooth operations and high standards.
• Train new hires and support program rollouts and initiatives.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment for the restaurant.
• Ensure food safety practices and MOD standards on shift.
• Address squad and guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Manage cash within the shift accurately and responsibly.
• Take inventory and place orders with GM support.
• Follow opening, midday, and closing checklists consistently.
• Stay aligned with updates from Slice and other sources for the team.
