Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, mentor teammates, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will support training for new hires, drive program rollouts, and uphold MOD standards across the squad.

You will flex to restaurant needs, sometimes leading and sometimes executing tasks, while maintaining a strong MOD experience in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train, or lead informally.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days where required by law.
• Proficient in written and spoken communication.
• Ability to work a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts, ensuring guest experiences are outstanding.
• Train new hires and support program rollouts and standards.
• Ensure equipment and systems (online ordering, catering, fundraising, review systems) are maintained.
• Uphold food safety standards across Back of House and Front of House.
• Manage cash within the shift accurately and responsibly.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with GM support.
• Adhere to opening/midday/ Closing checklists and use available tools.
• Stay informed via email communications from Slice and other sources.
