Job summary

MOD Pizza is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations on scheduled shifts, mentor team members, and uphold MOD standards. You will guide training, program rollouts, and ensure a smooth, guest-focused operation across the Kalispell and Missoula locations.

The role emphasizes deployment, safety, and strong communication while you model MOD’s values and contribute to an exceptional guest experience on every shift.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven success as a mentor, trainer or informal leader.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow and enforce processes and standards; coach effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for all new hires, program rollouts, and standards.
• Be the senior squad member during shifts and ensure tasks are completed and guest experiences are exceptional.
• Set up the squad for success, lead by example, and ensure MOD standards are met.
• Manage deployment of staff, training, and rollout of new programs, while maintaining food safety and quality.
