Job summary

MOD Super Fast Pizza, LLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations, train new hires, and uphold MOD standards. You will guide the squad, ensure a welcoming guest experience, and drive smooth shift execution across tasks and responsibilities.

You will adapt to restaurant needs, sometimes leading and sometimes performing duties, while maintaining the MOD experience and values on every shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year customer service or restaurant experience.
• Must be able to mentor/train others.
• Proven ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Follow and enforce processes and standards; coach compassionately.
• Calm presence during high volume periods.
• Obtain food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days where required by law.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Availability to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours weekly, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts and support training for new hires.
• Ensure squad deployment and daily operations run smoothly.
• Maintain equipment and food safety standards across Front and Back of House.
• Use MOD tools and standards to ensure safe food handling.
• Address squad and guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Manage cash handling within the shift and process refunds as required.
• Take inventory and place orders with GM support.
• Adhere to opening, midday, and closing checklists and communicate updates to the team.
