MOD Pizza is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations, train new hires, and support program rollouts while delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will oversee shifts, uphold MOD standards, and guide the squad to perform tasks efficiently with a focus on hospitality.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and communicating effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth service and a positive MOD experience on every shift.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Experience mentoring, training, or informal leadership.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food safety certification within 30 days where required by law.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Availability to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the shift to ensure welcoming, smooth operations and guest experiences.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support program rollouts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment to meet restaurant goals.
• Ensure food safety using MOD tools and standards.
• Address squad and guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Manage cash within the shift and handle refunds.
