Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and train new hires. You will ensure guest experiences are exceptional and the squad performs essential tasks to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

You will flex to restaurant needs, sometimes leading, sometimes performing tasks, while upholding MOD’s standards and culture. The role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and delivering the MOD experience on every shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Experience mentoring, training or leading others.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow and coach for standards; coaching with empathy.
• Calm presence during high-volume periods.
• Food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Able to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts and support training for new hires.
• Direct the squad to ensure guests are served with the MOD experience.
• Manage cash handling within the shift, including refunds.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with GM support.
• Adhere to opening/midday/closing checklists and use tools to meet standards.
• Communicate with the team and management to resolve issues promptly.
