Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations and mentor team members during scheduled shifts. You will train new hires, uphold standards, and ensure a top-tier guest experience while maintaining smooth daily operations.

You will guide the squad, respond to questions, and demonstrate MOD’s purpose in every interaction. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a calm, customer‑focused leadership style.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven mentor/trainer or informal leadership experience.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience coaching with compassion and enforcing standards.
• Calm presence during high-volume periods.
• Food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date where required by law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak times.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires.
• Ensure guest experiences are outstanding and operations run smoothly.
• Set the squad up for success, provide guidance, and model MOD's purpose.
• Deploy team effectively and adjust staffing as needed throughout the day.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure equipment and systems are used correctly.
• Communicate with management and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Manage cash handling and inventory as part of shift duties.
