MOD Pizza, Inc. is hiring a Shift Supervisor who will lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and ensure adherence to MOD’s standards. You will mentor squad members, manage guest experiences, and support overall restaurant performance in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and safety, with opportunities to model MOD’s purpose and deliver a superior guest experience across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Mentor or informal leadership experience.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Follow and coach to processes and standards; compassionate coaching.
• Ability to stay calm during high-volume periods.
• Obtain food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date where legally required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak times.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts.
• Support training for new hires and program rollouts.
• Ensure operating systems and equipment are maintained to meet goals.
• Ensure food safety practices in Back of House and Front of House.
• Address squad member and guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Manage cash handling within the shift.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed.
• Follow shift checklists and use tools to meet requirements.
• Monitor communications from Slice and other sources to guide squad.
