MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during shifts and train new hires. You will deploy the squad, manage cash, ensure food safety, and drive excellent guest experiences while supporting management and program rollouts.

The role emphasizes teamwork, coaching, and adherence to MOD standards, with opportunities to grow leadership skills in a fast-paced dining environment. Eligible candidates must meet 18+ and prior service requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train, or lead informally.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to follow and enforce processes with compassionate coaching.
• Calm presence during high-volume periods.
• Food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Available to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsabilités

• Deploy the right squad member to tasks and adjust deployments to support guests.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support new program rollouts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment, including online ordering and catering.
• Ensure food safety using MOD tools and standards.
• Listen and resolve squad or guest concerns; escalate when needed.
• Manage cash within the shift accurately.
• Take inventory and place orders with GM support.
• Adhere to shift checklists and use tools to meet requirements.
• Review emails for shift communications and updates.
