Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires and program rollouts. You will be the senior squad member on shift, ensuring high guest experiences and smooth operations across front and back of house.

You will guide the team, provide feedback, and model MOD’s purpose in every interaction, while flexing to meet restaurant needs and maintain the MOD experience throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Must have demonstrated success as a mentor, trainer or informal leader.
• Have a proven ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• You should be proficient in written and oral communication.
• Have the ability to support restaurant hours working a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by doing the following key tasks: deployment of squad, training newly hired/promoted staff, ensuring equipment and systems function (online ordering, catering, fundraising, review systems).
• Ensure the restaurant is welcoming, runs smoothly, clean and organized, and meets MOD’s standards.
• Manage cash within the shift and handle refunds, deposits, etc.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed.
• Adhere to shift checklists and communicate information from internal sources to squad members.
