Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and enforce MOD standards. You will ensure a welcoming, smooth-running environment, manage the squad, and deliver excellent guest experiences.

Key duties include deploying staff, supervising safety processes, handling cash, inventory, and communications. The role requires leadership, calmness under pressure, and the ability to work 18 hours per week across at least 3 shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Mentor, trainer, or informal leadership experience.
• Ability to prioritize and decide under pressure.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift, ensure welcoming operations and adherence to MOD standards.
• Train new hires and support program rollouts and initiatives.
• Maintain equipment and systems, including online ordering and customer review tools.
• Ensure food safety practices in Front and Back of House.
• Address squad and guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Manage cash handling and refunds within the shift.
• Take inventory and place orders with GM support.
• Follow shift checklists and communicate updates from MOD sources.
