Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and mentor new hires. You will ensure a welcoming environment, support training, and enforce MOD standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will balance responsibilities across frontline leadership, shift execution, and customer service, while guiding the squad to success and representing MOD’s values on every shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven mentoring, training, or informal leadership.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Follow and coach to processes and standards; provide guidance compassionately.
• Obtain a food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and ensure a welcoming, smooth operation.
• Train new hires and support program rollouts and standards.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment readiness for goals.
• Ensure food safety practices in front and back of house.
• Resolve squad and guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Manage cash, refunds, and daily shift duties.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed.
• Follow shift checklists and stay updated via internal communications.
