MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during shifts and train new hires. You will ensure guest experiences are excellent and operations run smoothly, while modeling MOD’s purpose. You will guide the squad, respond to questions, and escalate issues to management when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train, or lead.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow processes and coach others.
• Calm presence in high volume periods.
• Obtain food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days.
• Able to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to ensure the restaurant is welcoming, runs smoothly, and meets standards.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support program rollouts.
• Maintain equipment and technology like online ordering and catering.
• Use MOD tools to ensure food safety in back and front of house.
• Address squad and guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Manage cash within the shift accurately.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed.
• Follow opening/midday/closing checklists and use available tools.
• Stay updated with Slice communications for squad effectiveness.
