MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires, program rollouts, and standards.

You will be the senior squad member on shift, ensuring tasks are completed, guests have outstanding experiences, and operations run smoothly. You will flex to restaurant needs, sometimes leading and sometimes supporting, all while upholding the MOD experience and guiding the squad to success during training and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train or lead others.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow and coach with compassion.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts.
• Train and support new hires and program rollouts.
• Ensure squad meets MOD standards and delivers guest experiences.
• Manage cash within the shift and handle refunds.
• Take inventory and place orders with GM support.
• Adhere to shift checklists and communicate updates.
