Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, train new hires, and implement MOD's standards.

You will ensure guest satisfaction, manage deployment, and support management to deliver the best MOD experience on every shift. This role requires at least 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience, a proven mentoring ability, and the capacity to work at least 18 hours per week across 3 shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train or lead.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow and enforce processes and standards; coachions with compassion.
• Ability to stay calm in high volume periods.
• Food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days where required by law.
• Written and oral communication proficiency.
• Able to work at least 18 hours per week across a minimum of 3 shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the right squad member is in the right place and perform deployment.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support new program rollouts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment to meet restaurant goals.
• Ensure food safety using MOD tools and standards.
• Listen and resolve squad member and guest concerns; escalate as needed.
• Manage cash within the shift accurately.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed.
• Follow opening/midday/closing checklists and use tools to complete tasks.
