MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. in Easton is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and uphold MOD standards while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and compliance with food-safety protocols, with duties ranging from deployment of staff to inventory management and cash handling. A strong team player with reliable communication is required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train or lead informally.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow and enforce processes; coach effectively.
• Must obtain a food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days of start where required by law.
• Proficient written and oral communication.
• Able to work minimum 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts and support training of new hires and program rollouts.
• Ensure the right squad member is in the right place and deploy staff effectively; adjust daily operations.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support new program rollouts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment (online ordering, catering, fundraising, customer review systems).
• Ensure food safety using MOD tools and standards in Back of House and Front of House.
• Listen to concerns and resolve issues; escalate to AM/GM as needed.
• Manage cash within the shift, including making change, cash handling, and refunds.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with GM support.
• Follow opening/midday/closing checklists and use tools to meet requirements.
• Review emails for updates from Slice and other sources to keep the squad effective.
