MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and implement new programs. You will guide the squad, ensure cleanliness and standards, and deliver the best MOD experience to guests.

You will balance leadership with hands-on tasks, adapt to peak times, and support management while modeling MOD’s purpose in all interactions. This role emphasizes teamwork and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated success as a mentor, trainer or informal leader.
• Proven ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow and enforce processes and standards; coach respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts and support training for new hires and programs.
• Ensure squad is in the right place and performing tasks to provide best guest experience.
• Manage cash within the shift and handle refunds as needed.
• Take inventory and place orders with GM support.
• Follow opening/closing checklists and use tools to meet requirements.
