Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. in Arizona is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, train new hires, and model MOD’s purpose in every interaction.

You will guide the squad, ensure guest experiences stay high, and keep operations smooth while rotating between leadership and hands-on tasks. The role requires at least 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience, leadership ability, and a food safety certification within 30 days of starting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven mentor, trainer or informal leader.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start or as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts.
• Train new hires and implement program rollouts.
• Ensure compliance with MOD standards and safety.
• Manage cash handling and refunds during the shift.
• Oversee inventory and ordering in collaboration with the GM.
• Support opening, midday and closing checklists and communication.
