Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires and program rollouts. You will be the senior squad member on shift, ensuring the team delivers outstanding guest experiences and adheres to MOD’s standards.

You will flex to restaurant needs, leading or executing tasks while maintaining the MOD experience and guiding the squad to success, including directing performance and providing feedback.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train, or lead informally.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must obtain food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and train new hires.
• Support program rollouts and uphold MOD standards.
• Ensure squad delivers outstanding guest experiences and maintains cleanliness.
• Direct squad performance and provide feedback to team.
• Manage shift tasks, including deployment and inventory, with GM guidance.
• Assist with opening/closing checklists and use MOD tools correctly.
• Communicate updates from Slice and other sources to the squad.
