Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during shifts and assist with training and program rollouts. You will model MOD’s purpose and ensure the squad delivers outstanding guest experiences while maintaining standard operating procedures.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service/restaurant experience, strong mentorship ability, and excellent communication. Expect to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated success as a mentor, trainer, or informal leader.
• Proven ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven success in following and enforcing processes and standards; coaching with compassion.
• Ability to stay calm during high volume periods.
• Must obtain food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days of start date, as required by law.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Able to support restaurant hours, working a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the right squad member is in the right place and complete Deployment Charts.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad members and support new program rollouts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment to meet restaurant goals.
• Use MOD tools and standards to ensure food safety in Back of House and Front of House.
• Resolve squad member and guest concerns with escalation when needed.
• Manage cash within the shift, including refunds and accessing the safe.
• Take inventory and place orders with support from the GM.
• Adhere to opening, midday, and closing checklists and use tools to execute requirements.
• Review emails to stay updated on info from Slice and other sources for the squad.
