MOD Pizza in Lakeway, TX is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, train new hires, and uphold MOD standards. The role focuses on guest experiences, squad leadership, and ensuring smooth service during shifts.

Compensation starts with a base plus tips, reflecting the dynamic restaurant environment. You will guide deployment of staff, manage cash, oversee safety practices, and coordinate with the GM to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train or lead informally.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to enforce processes and coach compassionately.
• Calm presence during high volume periods.
• Must obtain food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts and train new hires.
• Support program rollouts, standards, and leadership for the squad.
• Ensure safety and quality standards in back and front of house.
• Use MOD tools to ensure food safety and standards.
• Address squad and guest concerns; escalate when needed.
• Manage cash handling and shift refunds.
• Take inventory and place orders with GM support.
• Follow opening/midday/closing checklists and use tools.
• Monitor communications from Slice for squad effectiveness.
