Job summary

MOD Pizza in Pflugerville, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations and coach the team across shifts. You will ensure a welcoming, efficient dining experience while upholding MOD standards and safety protocols.

You will train new hires, support program rollouts, and help manage guest interactions and daily operations. This role offers growth, competitive hourly pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Experience mentoring or leading peers.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date or as required by law.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and train new hires.
• Support program rollouts and standards in the restaurant.
• Ensure equipment and technology (online ordering, catering, customer review systems) are maintained.
• Uphold food safety standards in Back of House and Front of House.
• Address squad member and guest concerns and escalate as needed.
• Manage cash handling within the shift and process refunds as required.
• Assist with inventory and placing orders with GM support.
• Follow opening/midday/closing checklists and use tools to meet requirements.
• Monitor communications from Slice and other sources for squad efficiency.
