Job summary

MOD Pizza is hiring a Restaurant Shift Supervisor to lead operations, train new hires, and uphold MOD standards on every shift. You will deploy the right work, manage cash, inventory, and safety procedures while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will collaborate with the GM and District Manager, ensuring smooth shifts and impactful team leadership. This full-time role requires 18+ hours weekly across peak hours at the Conroe location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Experience mentoring, training, or leading others.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow processes and coach with compassion.
• Calm presence during high volume periods.
• Ability to obtain food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Available to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours weekly, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• As Shift Supervisor, lead restaurant operations during shifts and support training.
• Mentor squad, implement new programs, and uphold standards across the restaurant.
• Ensure equipment and systems (online ordering, catering, reviews) run smoothly.
• Use MOD tools to ensure food safety in back and front of house.
• Address squad/guest concerns; escalate to AM/GM when needed.
• Manage cash within shift; handle refunds and safe access.
• Take inventory and place orders with GM support.
• Adhere to shift checklists and use tools to complete tasks on time.
• Review emails for updates from Slice and communicate to squad.
