MOD Pizza in Hutto, TX is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor. You will lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, support training for new hires and program rollouts, and model MOD’s purpose in every interaction.

You’ll deploy the squad, ensure guest experiences, manage cash, and maintain food safety standards while cooperating with the GM. At least one year of customer service or restaurant experience and the ability to mentor others are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Ability to mentor, train, or lead others.
• Proven ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to follow processes and coach others effectively.
• Calm under high volume and strong communication skills.
• Must obtain food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to ensure a welcoming, clean, and efficient restaurant operation.
• Train and support new hires and program rollouts.
• Manage deployment and squad assignments throughout the day.
• Uphold food safety standards in Front and Back of House.
• Address guest and squad concerns, escalate when needed.
• Manage cash handling, refunds, and safe cash handling.
