MOD Pizza is hiring a Restaurant Shift Supervisor in Frisco, TX. You will lead operations on scheduled shifts, train new hires, and ensure guest experiences meet MOD’s standards.

You’ll manage deployment, coaching, and safety protocols, while supporting management and maintaining open communication with the team. This role requires at least 1 year in food service and a willingness to obtain required certifications within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or restaurant experience.
• Experience mentoring, training or informal leadership.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow processes and coach with empathy.
• Calm presence during high-volume periods.
• Food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days of start.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Availability to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours weekly, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to ensure a welcoming, clean and organized restaurant.
• Train and mentor squad, support new programs and initiatives.
• Maintain equipment and systems for ordering, catering, fundraising, and reviews.
• Adhere to MOD standards for food safety and service quality.
• Resolve squad and guest concerns; escalate as needed.
• Manage cash handling and shift-level inventory and ordering.
• Follow opening, midday and closing checklists and communicate updates.
• Monitor emails for squad updates and program communications.
