Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor in Houston, TX to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires. You will be the senior squad member on shift, ensuring tasks are completed, guest experiences are outstanding, and operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train, or lead others.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Food safety certification within 30 days where required by law.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Available to work a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Train newly hired squad and support program rollouts.
• Maintain safe food handling in Back of House and Front of House.
• Manage cash handling, refunds, and inventory orders.
• Deploy squad appropriately and monitor daily operations.
• Communicate with the team and GM to resolve issues quickly.
