MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Texas. You will lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding MOD standards.

Responsibilities include deployment of the squad, coordinating with the GM/AM, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and managing cash and inventories. Benefits include health insurance, vacation, sick time, 401(k), free food, gym discounts, and counseling services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train, or lead others.
• Capable of prioritizing and making sound decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to follow and enforce processes and standards with compassionate coaching.
• Ability to stay calm during high-volume periods.
• Food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days where required by law.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts and support training for new hires and programs.
• Ensure staff are deployed correctly and daily operations run smoothly.
• Maintain equipment and systems including online ordering, catering, fundraising, and customer reviews.
• Ensure food safety practices in front and back of house.
• Address squad or guest concerns and escalate issues appropriately.
• Manage cash handling and refunds within the shift.
