Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor in League City, TX to lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and uphold MOD standards to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will guide the squad, model MOD’s purpose, and ensure safety and service excellence across front and back of house. Competitive pay and benefits accompany a strong leadership path.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service or restaurant work.
• Proven experience mentoring, training or leading others.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience following and enforcing processes with coaching when needed.
• Calm presence during high-volume periods.
• Food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days where required by law.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to ensure welcoming operations and standards.
• Train new/h promoted staff and support program rollouts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment to meet goals.
• Use MOD tools to ensure food safety in back and front of house.
• Listen to and resolve team and guest concerns; escalate when needed.
• Manage cash within the shift including refunds and safe handling.
• Take inventory and place orders with the General Manager.
• Follow opening/midday/closing checklists and use available tools.
• Monitor emails for updates from Slice and others for staff guidance.
