Job summary

MOD Pizza in Conroe, TX is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts and train new hires. You will model MOD’s purpose, ensure guest satisfaction, and guide the squad to follow standards while adapting to changing needs.

You will manage deployment, handle inventory, and support program rollouts, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train or lead informally.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to follow processes.
• Willing to obtain food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training.
• Provide feedback and guidance to squad members; ensure guest experiences are outstanding.
• Direct the squad, manage deployment and ensure compliance with MOD standards.
• Support opening, mid-day, and closing checklists and communicate updates to the team.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and coordination with GM on program rollouts.
