Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Corona to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, train new hires, and ensure high guest satisfaction.

You will play a key role in deployment, program rollouts, and maintaining MOD’s standards across front and back of house. You will mentor teammates, resolve concerns, and ensure safety and quality standards while supporting management in daily restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven mentoring or leadership experience.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proven ability to follow and coach others in a compassionate manner.
• Calm presence in periods of high volume.
• Must obtain a food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days of start date.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Ability to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to ensure guests are served and the squad is deployed effectively.
• Train newly hired or promoted squad members and support new program rollouts.
• Maintain restaurant goals, equipment, and online ordering systems.
• Ensure food safety practices in Back of House and Front of House.
• Address squad or guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Manage cash handling within the shift, refunds, and safe cash procedures.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with GM support.
• Complete shift checklists and use tools to meet operational requirements.
• Monitor communication and relay information from Slice and other sources to the squad.
