Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires and program rollouts.

You will be the senior squad member on shift, ensuring that the team performs all tasks, delivers outstanding guest experiences, and upholds MOD standards and culture. You will mentor teammates, model MOD’s purpose, and guide the squad to success across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven success as a mentor, trainer or informal leader.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow and enforce processes and standards; coaching in a compassionate manner.
• Calm presence in high-volume periods.
• Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date as required by law.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Able to work a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires and program rollouts.
• Ensure the right squad member is in the right place and adjust deployments during the day.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment to meet restaurant goals, including online ordering and customer review systems.
• Ensure food safety using MOD tools and standards in Back of House and Front of House.
• Listen to and resolve squad member and guest concerns; escalate when needed.
• Manage cash within the shift, including refunds and safe access.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with GM support.
• Adhere to shift checklists and use tools to meet requirements on time.
• Review emails for information from Slice and other sources to keep squad effective.
