Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during shifts, mentor team members, and uphold MOD standards. You will drive guest experiences, training, and program rollouts while ensuring safe, efficient service across Front and Back of House.

You will work to model MOD’s purpose, provide guidance, and support management to deliver the best possible MOD experience on every shift. This role requires adaptability and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train, or lead others.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient written and verbal communication.
• Must obtain a food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start where required by law.
• Flexible to work a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week including peak-demand hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires.
• Direct squad on deployment and ensure tasks are completed to maintain smooth operations.
• Oversee safety and quality control of food prep in Back of House and Front of House.
• Manage cash within the shift accurately and responsibly.
• Take inventory and assist with ordering as needed.
• Follow and enforce MOD standards and shift checklists.
