Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations on assigned shifts and train new hires, programs and standards. You will guide the squad, provide feedback, and ensure top guest experiences while upholding MOD's standards.

You will adapt to restaurant needs, sometimes leading and sometimes hands-on, always keeping the MOD experience front and center for every shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Experience mentoring, training or leading others.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to enforce processes and coach with compassion.
• Calm presence during high volume periods.
• Obtain food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days where required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak times.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the right squad member is in the right place and deploying effectively.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support new program rolls out.
• Maintain operations and equipment to meet restaurant goals, including online ordering and catering systems.
• Use MOD tools and standards to ensure food safety in Back of House and Front of House.
• Listen to concerns and escalate to AM or GM when needed.
• Manage cash within the shift accurately, including refunds.
• Take inventory and place orders as directed by the GM.
• Follow opening, midday and closing checklists and use available tools.
• Review emails for updates from Slice and other sources to guide the squad.
