Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. in Humble, TX is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor to lead operations during scheduled shifts, mentor team members, and ensure guest experiences meet MOD’s standards.

You will collaborate with management on program rollouts and maintain service quality. You will be the senior squad member on shift, manage deployment, assist with training, handle safety and POS systems, and ensure throughput during peak hours while upholding MOD values and culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven mentoring or training ability.
• Ability to prioritize and decide under pressure.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to follow processes and coach others compassionately.
• Able to manage in high-volume periods.
• Food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification required within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct squad deployment to support guests and operations.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support rollouts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment per standards.
• Ensure food safety using MOD tools and standards.
• Address concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Manage cash handling within the shift.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed.
• Adhere to shift checklists and use tools to meet requirements.
• Review communications from Slice and other sources for the team.
