Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, coach new hires, and uphold MOD standards. You will ensure guest experiences are strong and support program rollouts in a fast-paced setting.

You will direct the squad, provide guidance, and model MOD’s purpose in all interactions. This role requires 1+ year of customer service or restaurant experience and the ability to work 18 hours weekly across at least three shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train or lead informally.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain food/beverage certification within 30 days where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts and support training for new hires.
• Deploy personnel effectively to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain MOD standards and ensure top-notch guest experiences.
• Manage cash handling and inventory under GM guidance.
• Progress program rollouts and uphold safety practices.
