Job summary

MOD Pizza is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor in Spring, TX to lead restaurant operations during shifts and support training for new hires. You will champion MOD standards, ensure guest experiences, and drive smooth daily operations.

You will mentor squad, manage deployments, handle cash, inventory, and safety protocols, while staying aligned with MOD’s culture and values. This role requires flexibility and leadership across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated success as a mentor, trainer or informal leader.
• Proven ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Ability to be a calming presence in periods of high volume.
• You must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of your start date.
• Ability to support restaurant hours working a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by ensuring the right squad member is in the right place and doing the right work.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support the team through program rollouts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment to meet restaurant goals, including online ordering and customer review systems.
• Ensure food safety standards in Back of House and Front of House.
• Resolve squad member and guest concerns, escalating when needed.
• Manage cash within the shift accurately, including refunds and safe access.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with the GM.
