Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Schaumburg to lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and uphold MOD standards while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee deployment, coaching, and communication across the squad, manage cash, inventory, and safe operations, and adapt to changing needs to deliver the best MOD experience on every shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train or lead.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to enforce processes and standards; coach calmly.
• Food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days where required by law.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Able to work minimum 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to ensure welcoming, smooth operation, cleanliness, and adherence to MOD standards.
• Train newly hired or promoted squad members and support new programs.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment, including online ordering and customer review systems.
• Ensure food safety using MOD tools and standards.
• Listen to and resolve squad member and guest concerns; escalate when needed.
• Manage cash handling within the shift accurately.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with GM support.
• Follow opening/midday/closing checklists and use tools to execute tasks.
• Monitor communications from Slice and other sources for squad guidance.
