Job summary

MOD Super Fast Pizza, LLC is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and mentor new hires. You will ensure guest satisfaction, uphold MOD standards, and support training and program rollouts as a senior squad member.

You will adapt to restaurant needs, sometimes leading and sometimes performing duties, while maintaining a strong MOD experience on every shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven mentorship or leadership experience.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to coach others and enforce processes.
• Calm presence during high volume periods.
• Food safety certification and/or alcohol certification within 30 days where required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Available to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to ensure guests have an excellent experience.
• Train new hires and support program rollouts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment to meet restaurant goals.
• Ensure food safety standards are followed on front and back of house.
• Manage cash handling accurately within the shift.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with GM support.
• Complete shift checklists and use tools to meet tasks on time.
• Monitor communications from Slice and other sources for team alignment.
