Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, train new hires, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will guide the squad, enforce MOD standards, and act as a senior team member on shift, delivering the MOD experience with focus and accountability. As a key leader, you will direct deployment, manage inventory, and uphold food safety across Front and Back of House, while supporting management in daily objectives and program rollouts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Experience mentoring, training, or informal leadership.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Proven ability to enforce processes and coach others.
• Calm presence during peak periods.
• Food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days where required by law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work minimum 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts and support training for new hires.
• Direct squad deployment and adjust as needed to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Oversee equipment and systems (online ordering, catering, reviews).
• Ensure food safety standards are met in both back and front of house.
• Address guest and squad concerns and escalate when needed.
• Manage cash handling within the shift and perform refunds when required.
• Take inventory and place orders in coordination with the GM.
• Follow opening, midday, and closing checklists and use tools to meet requirements.
• Monitor communications from Slice and other sources to keep the team informed.
