Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and uphold MOD’s standards.

You will guide the squad, ensure a welcoming environment, and drive guest satisfaction while coordinating with management on program rollouts and daily operations. You will be responsible for deployment of staff, training, adherence to safety standards, cash handling, inventory, and timely execution of shift tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train or lead informally.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Must obtain food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days where required by law.
• Able to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak times.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires and program rollouts.
• Ensure squad members are deployed correctly and operations run smoothly.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness across back and front of house.
• Handle cash within the shift accurately and responsibly.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with GM support.
• Follow opening/closing checklists and use tools to meet shift requirements.
• Communicate updates from Slice and other sources to the squad.
