Job summary

PLS is a leading retail provider of financial services with a focus on People, Location and Service. We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store teams, deliver outstanding customer service, and supportStore Manager in daily operations.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance service with compliance and drive store performance. The Shift Supervisor will coach associates, manage schedules, handle cash procedures, and ensure adherence to policies while maintaining a welcoming

Qualifications

• One year minimum of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant sectors.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to engage with customers and lead a team.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service.
• Support the Assistant Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Direct activities of team members in the Store Manager's absence.
• Maintain compliant cash handling and transaction processing.
• Coach CSRs to meet service and compliance standards.
• Review and approve checks within limits and assist with scheduling and audits.
