Job summary

PLS is a leading retail provider of financial services, and this Shift Supervisor role is based in Forest Hill, TX. You will lead daily store operations, ensure top customer service, and help meet store goals while maintaining policies.

As a supervisor, you will support the Store Manager, coach team members, manage cash handling, and ensure compliance with regulations, creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Qualifications

• At least one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant.
• Ability to engage with customers and build positive relationships.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• English fluency required; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure outstanding customer service and achievement of store goals.
• Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Supervise team members in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Handle cash drawers and transaction processing.
• Coach CSRs to meet service and compliance standards.
• Maintain store compliance with regulations and marketing efforts.
