Job summary

PLS is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Lynwood, CA location. You will provide leadership to deliver exceptional customer service, meet store goals, and uphold company policies.

You will also support daily store operations in coordination with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. The role requires strong communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with customers and develop positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet store goals.
• Assist Store Manager and supervise team in absence of Store Manager.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
