Job summary

PLS in Dorchester, MA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations, ensure top customer service, and meet financial goals. You will supervise front-line staff, support the Store Manager, and uphold company policies in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage customers, with English proficiency required (Spanish a plus).

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management experience in retail/financial services/hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• English fluency is required; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining exemplary customer service and building relationships with customers.
• Establishing a strong customer service culture in the store.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, cash handling, and store audits.
• Supervise the team in the Store Manager's absence and ensure policy compliance.
• Coach CSRs to meet service and compliance standards.
